Jarlath Hynes
Independent Consultant in Human and Environmental Toxicology, Risk Assessment, Regulatory Affairs
Jarlath has over 25 years experience in Toxicology, Risk Assessment, Regulatory Affairs and Project Management working for industry, NGOs, Governments and EU Institutions. He has worked on the REACH regulation since the REACH implementation projects (RIPs), by participation in the Member State Committee (MSC), and with contributions to various ECHA guidances. He also has guided clients through the complex spheres of Biocides, Plant Protection Products, Polymers and Cosmetics in the EU and globally. Jarlath currently provides his extensive expertise to the development of sector-wide Occupational Health and Environmental monitoring programs, support to consortia in the SVHC and OEL processes, as an expert contributor to European Court of Justice (ECJ) cases, the development of polymer hazard classifications, and screening of substance categories for their Endocrine Disrupting (ED) and Persistent, Mobile and Toxic (PMT) potentials.
Adam Jonas
Ecotoxicology & Toxicology Expert (REGARTIS)
Involved in this field since 2007, our ecotoxicology and toxicology expert Adam Jonas, Ph.D. started in academia performing experimental work to investigate the endocrine activity, acute toxicity, and neurotoxicity of various substances, mixtures, or environmental samples. He published several articles in leading toxicology and ecotoxicology journals. Later he had several regulatory roles in industry focused on biocides, plant protection, REACH, and CLP in the EU and other regions with proven track of successful registrations. He has experience with the endocrine disruptors assessment of plant protection and biocidal active substances under the current EFSA and ECHA guidance. He also helped design and study monitored numerous toxicological and ecotoxicological studies very often with very specific and difficult to be tested substances.
Tomas Novotny
Customer Happiness Manager (REGARTIS)
Tomas graduated from Applied informatics in Chemistry at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. He is the owner and a Customer happiness manager in REGARTIS. Tomáš is a senior expert in the field of EU chemicals legislation (REACH, CLP), business strategy expert, and communication wizard enabling the most effective cooperation between our technical experts and customers. Tomáš is also often leading scientific projects for ECHA, EFSA, and JRC.
