Ukraine REACH: Be compliant now

The UA CLP, or the Technical Regulation On the Classification, Labelling, and Packaging of Chemical Products previously published in May 2024, came into force this November. The UA REACH, or the Technical Regulation on the Safety of Chemical Products, is coming into force on 26th January 2025. At the moment, both are only available in Ukrainian.

Pre-registration deadline is set to 26th January 2026 with simplified pre-registration for substances already registered in EU (under EU REACH). The deadlines for registration have also been set, and are based on the volume and certain hazards.
