Unified notification form for classification of chemical substances in Ukraine

Important update for companies placing chemical products on the Ukrainian market!

The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine published a unified notification form for the classification and hazards of chemical substances. This document, developed in line with the Technical Regulation on classification, labelling, and packaging of chemical products, aims to standardise the submissions of hazard information by Ukrainian manufacturers and importers.

For non-Ukrainian manufacturers and suppliers, this means that Ukrainian customers will increasingly expect classification and labelling information according to New Ukrainian Classification and Labelling Regulation.
