Inessa Kiristaeva
has been guiding global chemical companies through chemical regulatory waters
since 2007. As Customer Happiness Manager at REGARTIS and team leader of
REGARTIS Ukraine, she combines a solid chemistry foundation (alumna of
Moscow’s D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology) with 18+ years of
hands-on expertise in REACH, CLP, and related legislation. Her mission is
translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable compliance

Oksana Labinska is Director of
REGARTIS Ukraine. She holds a Candidate of Sciences degree and is an Associate
Professor. Since 2016 she has been working in chemical legislation,
specialising in REACH substance registration. She completed training at REGARTIS
and holds a REACH Manager diploma. She currently leads REGARTIS Ukraine, which
handles substance registration under Ukrainian legislation. Fluent in Ukrainian,
Russian, and Czech.
