Let's talk EU REACH, Part 4: Biocides, CLP Changes, C&L Inventory
❓REACH shares its world with a cluster of regulations that keep moving. The Biocidal Products Regulation decides whether your product needs approval before it reaches the market. CLP is bringing new hazard classes and changing what a label has to carry. And from July 2026, ECHA began publishing the names of companies behind C&L Inventory notifications which might change the math on what you notify and how.
